Have some Mexican food!
Decluttering operations last night caused all of my (not very generously-dimensioned) kitchen counters to be taken over entirely by cat food bowls and various storage containers, so I decided on a quick-fix dinner consisting of a combination of ready-made chili and cheese nuggets with mango and Cajun BBQ ketchup dips, and ordered-in beef enchilada (with fries and salad) … and I’m *so* counting that towards the Día de los Muertos Mexican food task!
